The person in this position will be responsible for Fundraising from large corporates from their CSR fund. As a business lead strong background in CSR & NGO partnership. In this role you will play a vital role in identifying and securing strategic partnerships, developing CSR initiatives, and driving sustainable growth for your region.
1. Develop growth strategies and plans for CF
2. Business generation from B2B sales
3. Complete sales management- Lead generation, need identification & creation, presentation, proposal, and negotiation to closure.
4. Manage and retain relationships with existing clients under the CSR vertical and ensure upselling and cross selling
5. Write business proposals
6. Negotiate with stakeholders
7. Identify & map business strengths and customer needs
8. Search business opportunities with viable income & increase the client base.
9. Draft and review contracts
10. Report successes and improvement areas
Relevent Experience Range
· Minimum 8-10 years of work experience in B2B concept sales in corporates.
· Should have done B2B fund raise in CSR space for minimum 3-5 years.
· Should be at least a graduate/MBA
· Should be proficient in using Microsoft Office
